අද ඔයාලට සුපිරි චිත්‍රපටියක් ගෙනවා. මේ ෆිල්ම් එක ගැනනම් ඉතින් කියලා වැඩක් නැහැ. :D එත් ඉතින් මේ ෆිල්ම් එක ගැන නොකිය බැහැ එතරම්ම විශිෂ්ට සිනමා නිර්මාණයක්. ඒ විශිෂ්ට බවට හේතුවක් තමයි ‘The Bourne Supremacy’ සහ ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ යන මැක්සා මුවි 2ක අධ්‍යක්ෂණය කරපු Paul Greengrass තමයි මේ ෆිල්ම් එකත් අධ්‍යක්ෂණය කරලා තියෙන්නේ, එවගෙම ඉහත ෆිල්ම් 2කේ රඟපෑ ප්‍රධාන නළුවා තමයි මේ ෆිල්ම් එකෙත් ප්‍රධාන චරිතය රගපාන්නේ. මේ නිසාද කොහෙද අමුතු ගතියක් මේ ෆිල්ම් එකේ තියනවා. එවගෙම එක හුස්මට බලන්න පුළුවන් විධියේ ෆිල්ම් එකක් කියලා මේ ච්ත්‍රපටිය හදුන්වන්න පුළුවන්. දැන් අපි චිත්‍රපටිය ගැන තොරතුරු ටිකක් හොයලා බලමු. මේ චිත්‍රපටිය නිකුත්වුනේ, 2010 මාර්තු 12 වැනිදා. මේ චිත්‍රපටිය Action | Drama | Thriller | War යන අකාරයට වර්ග කරන්න පුලුවන්. එවගෙම දැනට මේ ෆිල්ම් එක IMDb Rating 7.2/10 10,770 votes අරන් තියනවා. දැන් ඉතින් චිත්‍රපටියේ කතාව ටිකක් කියන්නම්. මෙය ඉරාක යුද්ධය හා සම්බන්ධ කතාවක්. Roy Miller (Matt Damon) යනු සගවා ඇති රසායනික අවි සෙවිම සදහා යොදවා ඇති විශේෂ හමුදා එකකයේ ප්‍රධානියයි. ඔහු බුද්ධි අංශ තොරතුරු අනුව යමින් එම රසායනික අවි සගවා ඇති ස්ථාන සොයනවා. නමුත් ඔහු පරික්ෂා කරපු ස්ථාන 3කදිම එවැනි රසායනික අවි තිබු බවට කිසිදු සාක්ෂියක් හමුවෙන්නේ නැහැ එම නිසා ඔහුට මේ බුද්ධි තොරතුරු පිළිබදව සැක පහල වෙනවා. ඔහු ඒ ගැන හමුදා ප්‍රධානින්ගෙන් ප්‍රශ්න කරනවා නමුත් ඔහුට එකඟවිය හැකි පිළිතුරක් ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ. මේ අතර Martin Brown (Brendan Gleeson) නැමැති CIA නියෝජිතයා Miller ව හමුවි බුද්ධි අංශ මගින් දි ඇති තොරතුරු වැරදි බවත් මේ සිද්ධින් පිටුපස කිසියම් හෝ රහසක් ගැබ්වි ඇතිබවත් පවසනවා. එමෙන්ම කිසියම් හෝ සැක කටයුතු යමක් ඇත්නම් ඔහුට දැනුම් දෙන්න යයි පවසනවා. මේ සිද්ධින් හා උනන්දු තවත් මාධ්‍යවේදිනියෙක් වන Lawrie Dayne (Amy Ryan) ව මුණගැහෙනවා. ඇයත් පවසන්නේ, මේ රහස පිළිබදව යමක් දන්නේ නම් ඇයට පවසන ලෙසයි. මේ අතර Roy Miller ට එක් ඉරාක වැසියෙක් මේ රහස සොයා ගැනිමට උදවු කරනවා. මොවුන් හට මේ රහස සොයාගත හැකිවේද? ඇමෙරිකානු රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරින් මේ රහස එලිවිම වැලක්විමට කුමන ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගනිවිද?

ඉන්ගිලිශ් වලින් කතාව :

Following the American invasion of Iraq in 2003 Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller and his men are charged with finding the so-called weapons of mass destruction,whose existence justified American involvement,according to the Pentagon and their man in Baghdad,Poundsgate. Veteran CIA operative Marty tells Miller that there are no weapons,it is a deception to allow the Americans to take over the country and install a puppet leader. Marty correctly anticipates that,despite Bush's gung-ho assurances, the policy is doomed to failure. Also suspicious of Poundsgate is Wall Street Journal reporter Lawrie Dayne,who lets slip to Miller that Poundsgate told her he had secret talks in Jordan with an important Iraqi,code-named Magellan,who told him about the weapons, though it now seems likely Magellan's true information was to the contrary. Miller deduces that Magellan is General Al Rawi, a close supporter of the deposed Saddam Hussain and, accompanied by his interpreter, Freddy, a decent Iraqi who only wants stability for his country, sets out to track down Al Rawi. However, Poundsgate's men are also on Al Rawi's trail,to stop him from talking. After an explosive showdown Miller emails Lawrie to tell her that there never were any weapons,relying on her and other journalists to inform the world of Bush's deception.
